Lambda256 to Host Recruiting Session for Entry-Level Blockchain Node Operations Engineers
(Seoul, South Korea - September 10, 2026) Lambda256, the blockchain subsidiary of Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, announced today that it will hold an offline recruiting session on October 3 for entry-level engineers joining its node operations team. The session is open to university students, upcoming graduates, and junior developers in Korea with an interest in blockchain infrastructure and node operations, and will take place at Upbit Lounge in Gangnam, Seoul.
Node operations covers building and running the servers that connect directly to blockchain networks. The function has traditionally sat with a small number of infrastructure teams. As financial institutions take digital asset operations into proof-of-concept (PoC) work, node operations now has to meet the reliability and data integrity standards those institutions apply across their systems. Stable node operations is accordingly treated as a core capability behind next-generation financial infrastructure.
The session opens with a keynote from engineers on the team, covering how finance and blockchain are converging and what node operations involves in practice. A live demo follows, walking through the day-to-day work and the structure of the team, along with pre-submitted questions and an open Q&A. Attendees who go on to apply for the entry-level node operations roles receive preference in the hiring process, and all participants receive Node Crew merchandise.
